Well thats it ! On my compiler that does not support directories in #include <a/b/c.h> I put all 
files in one directory. But unfortunately, you have 2 ftmodule.h, one in freetype and one in 
config... And copying these files I did not notice that one disappeard....

I can now compile on Macos with codewarrior 10 and it works perfectly.
