[Devel] Opentype GSUB script & language vs. locale

Hi,

I know this is a little off topic, but I hope somebody of you will know
how to help me.

I'm searching a method of converting standard LOCALE string
(like zh_CN, pl_PL, en_US, de) to script/language pair in the form as it
is defined in OpenType specification (eg. hani/ZHS, hani/KOR, kana/JAN).

Any suggestions?
