grodvi no longer uses discrete font sizes by default.

I'm quite sure that the old behaviour had caused a lot of surprise
since it wasn't documented well.  For example, dropcaps have been at
the wrong size in almost all cases...

Nowadays, virtually all TeX distributions have an equivalent to
`mktexpk' which creates PK files on the fly for any size.  Using
discrete font sizes is thus obsolete today IMHO.
