Hi Leonard,

I got my signals crossed.  The patch submitted that I incorporated is find
the glyph name for a given glyph index.  The function that one would use
for this is FT_Get_Glyph_Name.

What exactly are you trying to do?  Is it the reencoding issue that you
were working on before (for xpdf)?
