Since release 2.0.0, sample code is available as a separate tar
bundle, named ft2demos. At the same time, only ft2demos-2.0.1 appears
on FreeType2 ftp site. I am not sure if this code will work with
freetype-2.0.0, and I warmly suggest downloading 2.0.1.
