[Devel] I'm Stroked!

In case anyone else is interested, I have implemented stroked text 
using FT2!  This will appear in the next build of ImageMagick 
(<http://www.imagemagick.org>) which uses FT2 for it's "annotation" 
feature.

After working through parts of the code, and making some assumptions 
(that may or may not be true, but I didn't have anything else to go 
on), I was able to use FT_Outline_Decompose() to get me values that 
could then be rendered.
