The routine PS_Unicode_Value() doesn't deal with ligature glyph names,
e.g.
uni01B703020300: LATIN CAPITAL LETTER EZH WITH CIRCUMFLEX AND GRAVE
How to deal with this properly?
Surrogate characters aren't handled either...
