  [sdf] Fix out-of-range-access.
  
    * src/sdf/ftbsdf.c (first_pass, second_pass): Fix range during
    forward pass otherwise the index goes out-of-range for the last
    column.
  
    Reported by @Gajumaru314159. Issue #1077
