   The OpenSSL license is listed as incompatible with the GNU GPL. This
was the clause at the FSF Licenses website

results in a copyleft free software license that is incompatible with
the GNU GPL. It also has an advertising clause like the original BSD
license and the Apache license.

However, there is no reason not to use OpenSSL and applications that
work with OpenSSL.

Also i had a look at ssl_rsa.c the license section last line states

The files are in copyright rules by ERIC YOUNG.  Now hack libjingle for
using GNU TLS rather than OpenSSL or ??
