ChangeLog updates:

        * TODO: Updated, confirmed that Rune's patch fixes the colour
        depth inconsistency

        * src/scicore/resource_patch.c (process_patch): Refactoring:
        extract function (process_patch) to eliminate duplicity between
        SCI0 and SCI1 patch handling.  This also copies over the
        offset-patch support from SCI0 to SCI1, in the assumption that
        this facility was not removed.

        * src/engine/kgraphics.c (draw_obj_to_control_map): Refactoring:
        extract function (draw_rect_to_control_map) from
        draw_obj_to_control_map, followed by some cleanup permitted by
        this transformation.
