Hi Matt,
I would love to do that. The only downside is that the binaries won't run on
Win 95 (and probably not 98 either). Is that important to the project? We
may be able to get rid of the VS 6 ones anyway because VC++ 2003 builds for
Win 95 (I think, needs to be checked).
I'm glad DirectX is working because I haven't tested it! Not perfected
yet...
I have a patch with VC++ 2008 project files that I can submit to Christoph
tomorrow if you like.

Hey Alex,
Wat do you think of rm'ing the old VC++ project files and using VC++ 2008?
The Express version is free and that's what I've been using to build. Some
of the enhanced debugger checks have actually helped us find/fix some neat
memory corruption bugs.
Also, thanks for figuring out the directx stuff once and for all! It
appears to work great on my machine :)
