In this case you should edit the soundfont and adjust the pitch accordingly.
Other options are sending a pitch_bend event via the shell, setting up a midi
router rule that manipulates the key of a noteon event of a certain channel or
using the tuning commands (see "help tuning") to tune a certain preset.
