Patches are "adding" or "changes" in files: fluid_voice.h,fluid_voice.c,fluid_synth.h,fluid_synth.c,fluid_chan.h,fluid_chan.c. I can try to "copy/paste" this adding or changes in a ticket window. The best would be a way to upload the sources files and the pdf document who explains things in plain english text. Really, I don't known what is the more convenient ?.

To give an idea, here is the document contents table:
1. Adding sostenuto pedal ....................................................................................................................................2 1.1. SUSTAIN PEDAL BEHAVIOR............................................................................................................................................ 2 1.2. SOSTENUTO PEDAL BEHAVIOR. ..................................................................................................................................... 2 1.3. ADDING CODE IN FLUIDSYNTH ..................................................................................................................................... 2 1.4. USING THE ROUTER TO SIMULATE A SOSTENUTO PEDAL BY SUSTAIN PEDAL................................................................. 3 1.5. CORRECTION IN FLUID_SYNTH_RELEASE_VOICE_ON_SAME_NOTE_LOCAL()............................................................. 3 1.5.1. Steps to correct fluid_synth_release_voice_on_same_note_LOCAL() .................................................................... 3 1.6. STEPS TO ADD SOSTENUTO CODE .................................................................................................................................... 5
