Currently I found a new public domain soundfont named GMGSx.sf2 created by Synthfont author Kenneth Rundt. It sounded like standard Microsoft GM.dls from Roland and has size about 3.1 MB.
It will be worth for another user if the Soundfont can be mentioned in Fluidsynth main website.
