[fluid-dev] Volume gain from 0.1 to 0.2

I found when increase the volume from 0.1 to 0.2, it sound softer on 0.2 than on 0.1, It has no issue when decremented from 0.3 to 0.2. Is this issue producible?

Tested on Windows 7.
