Yeah, and at least the AnotherXG bank has most of those banks and
instruments mapped to instruments. Assuming the user has their
SoundFont synthesizer set to map loaded banks to MSB bank numbers as
is the default.

AnotherXG has these:

[125,0,0] GS Standard
[125,0,8] GS Room
[125,0,16] GS Power
[125,0,24] GS Electronic
[125,0,25] GS TR-808
[125,0,32] GS Jazz
[125,0,40] GS Brush
[125,0,48] GS Orchestra
[125,0,56] GS SFX
[125,0,127] GS CM-64/32L

[126,0,0] XG SFX 1
[126,0,1] XG SFX 2

[127,0,0-7] XG Standard
[127,0,8-9] XG Room
[127,0,16-17] XG Rock
[127,0,24] XG Electro
[127,0,25] XG Analog
[127,0,26-31] XG Standard
[127,0,32-33] XG Jazz
[127,0,40-41] XG Brush
[127,0,48] XG Classic
[127,0,56-57] XG Standard
[127,0,64-66] XG Standard
[127,0,126-127] XG Standard

And for the standard drum channel bank 128 mappings:

[0] XG Standard
[8] XG Room
[10] Dummy (?)
[16] XG Rock
[18] Dummy (?)
[24] XG Electro
[25] XG Analog
[26] Dummy (?)
[32] XG Jazz
[40] XG Brush
[48] XG Classic
[49] Dummy (?)

...Yeah, a lot of mirrors.

SGM V2.01 maps a bunch of different drum kits in banks 127 and 128,
but nothing else.

(Whoops, forgot to CC the mailing list. Stupid reply vs reply-all
links in GMail.)
