[fluid-dev] Incorrect error semantics in fluid_midi.c

I have opened a new ticket for a minor issue in fluid_midi.c (which I bumped into trying to merge to my midi-buffer branch (https://code.launchpad.net/~mgiuca/fluidsynth/midi-buffer)).
