[fluid-dev] Sample Rate

If I don't specify sample rate, it spits out: 

fluidsynth: warning: Jack sample rate mismatch, expect tuning issues
(synth.sample-rate=44100, jackd=96000)

I don't understand why this is an issue. You're supposed to set the
synth sample rate to the jack sample rate no matter what.
