Yes, 1.0.9 is definitely due for release.  I seem to be pretty terrible
about actually getting releases out, which isn't really that big of a
process to begin with.  If someone thinks they can do better than me,
I'd welcome someone taking that over :)

The one feature I thought would be nice to get into 1.0.9 is a Jack MIDI
driver.  I don't think it is worth holding up a release though.  How
about we try and get a release out by the end of next weekend?  Say
Monday March 9th.
