Hi Harry,

I’m happy to read that you built your communication system with Linphone and Flexisip!
Our company, Belledonne Communications, is the company backing the Linphone project. We sell server installation services and annual support contracts for our software. If you are interested, you may fill in the contact form that is at the end of our contact page: https://www.linphone.org/contact

If you are looking for a « free » assistance, this email channel is the good one. Please kindly note that it’s based on external contributions from the Linphone community, and sometimes our developers do reply but it’s on a best effort basis.

Have a nice day,

Elisa Nectoux

Hi,

We have created a softphone (powered with Linphone) for our organization and alliances. Now, we are trying to set up the Proxy along with Push Notification (VoIP) to wake the device from the background to receive the inbound calls. For this, we have used the Flexisip server, but there is an issue with the inbound calls, the call gets routed from PBX to Flexisip Proxy, but then it fails to forward the request to the end-client (Softphone). Instead, it requests itself (Flexisip server).

We have successfully confirmed the client's/end-user's IP in the headers during registration and the PBX request headers.

We have only configured Proxy, and once this works fine, We will configure the Push Notification and Presence service.

I'm posting it here as I didn't know whom to contact for support. I'd appreciate a little help here. I'm attaching the Flexisip configuration file for review. Or, If anyone knows whom to contact, please do let me know.

Thanks,
Harry
