Hi Juan again,

sorry, I didn't really get your point on a first reading of your mail. 
Now I got it.

So you have been developing announcement email feature to the Fle3 and 
need some information on how to get it working.

Related to the user interface, just add the new phrases used in your 
announcement feature to the vocabulary file. The phrase in English could 
be:

"You can modify your settings of the email announcement reports in your 
user information form."

Maybe you can do the spanish translation of this.
