[Fianchetto-users] News on fianchetto development

Hola,

os informo de nuevas noticias sobre el proyecto.

A la vista del estancamiento del proyecto, principalmente debido a mi
falta de tiempo, he decidido proponer un proyecto final de carrera en mi
universidad, para el desarrollo de fianchetto. Javier Esteve, a quien os
presento, es un alumno de la ETSE de la Universitat de València, y ha
aceptado realizarlo.

Durante el tiempo que dure el PFC del alumno que lo va a realizar, se
encargaría él sólo de la mayor parte del proyecto.

Sin embargo, creo que todos los que estamos relacionados con el proyecto
deberíamos participar, al menos en el debate de algunas decisiones, ya
que luego sí participaremos en el mantenimiento y continuación del
desarrollo.

También podemos participar como testers, y como usuarios, aportando
ideas y exponiendo nuestras necesidades.


En este momento estamos todavía concretando algunas cosas que Javier nos
irá contando en la lista, aunque de momento, y tras consultarlo con
Rubén Porras, lo que si está claro es que se va a mantener savanah como
alojamiento para el proyecto.

Creo que son buenas noticias, y espero que sirva para acelerar los
plazos para la obtención de algo usable.

Hi,

I want to inform you about some news regarding the project.

As the project has been so stopped, mainly due to my lack of time, I
have decided to propose a dgree thesis at my university consisting on
the development of fianchetto. Javier Esteve, who I want to introduce
you, is an student who has acepted this project.

During the time the thesis lasts, Javier will be who will coarry with
most part of the work alone.

However, I think that every people involved in the project should
participate, at least discussing some decissions, as it will be us who
will maintain, and furhter develop fianchetto in the future.


Also we can participate as testers, and users, throwing ideas, and
telling our needs.

Right now we are just figuring out the main lines of work, that Javier
will tell us here, in the mailing list. However, what is clear, after
talking to Rubén Porras, is that svannah will host the project.

I thik this is good news, and I expect that it can serve to speed up the
development of something usable.
