Hi all
Nicholas suggested a glossary which finally triggered me into putting
one in. In LaTeX there are a number of glossary options out there - I
just picked one a mate is using for his PhD thesis.
If you want it its up at:
http://stary2-02.lbl.gov/glossary.tar.bz2
the manual is:
http://stary2-02.lbl.gov/glossary.pdf
As I compile the book for the website at the moment nobody needs to
worry about it but we do need to start including glossary items in the
chapters.
The simplest syntax is:
\glossary{name=Quantum Chromodynamics, description=Our funkiest theory yet!}
So you don't all have to install the glossary I propose people can
include glossary terms but comment them out - I'll uncomment them and
include the glossary in the book.
Cheers,
Mark
