Hi Physics team
Just wanted to touch base with everyone. We've just finished
implementing a drastic set of unofficial comments from Karien
Bezuidenhout, of the Shuttleworth Foundation, into the funding proposal.
The draft is now ready - we'll slowly start circulating it in wider
circles. Karien agreed to give us another round of unofficial comments
before we submit it as an official funding request.
I have just started trying to clean up my optics chapter and actually
write something meaningful. It will take a while but there are no major
distractions on the horizon so I hope to see some real progress this month.
I have received some private emails from people so I know people are
busy with things. I am really excited about things right now because we
should be done by the end of the year! Its been a long time since we
started.
If anyone is having any problems or wants to discuss anything please
send an email to the list so we can help out.
Cheers,
Mark
