[Fab-user] [ANN] Bugfixes for 1.3, 1.4 out

Hi all,

Nothing too exciting -- just some bugfixes and docs tweaks. Thanks as
usual to all the contributors!

1.5 is still in the works; there's already a moderate number of
minor/medium additions in master, so I may push out what's there soon
if I don't have time to complete everything else on the list. Still
settling in at a new day job, and working on Invoke (which is nearly
ready for an initial public 0.x release.)
