Dear Chandra Shekhar Maurya, The file can be found under testsuite/scripts/importlib_wrapper.py.The tutorial framework is pretty well tested in our continuous integration pipeline. To help us diagnose the issue, could you please tell us which version of espresso you are using? Are you building espresso outside the source directory? The only way I could reproduce your error was by doing "cd testsuite/scripts/tutorials; python3 test_11-ferrofluid_1.py", which is not the standard way to run the tests.
If you were trying to run the tutorial, you should instead use "cd doc/tutorials; ../../ipypresso notebook", as explained in the user guide (http://espressomd.org/html/doc4.1.2/installation.html#running-es).
