Hi,

There is a similar error message in 
https://github.com/espressomd/espresso/issues/1057

To investigate your issue further, we will need the following 
information: espresso version, content of the myconfig.hpp file used to 
compile espresso, minimal Python script to reproduce the segmentation 
fault, and the full error message.
