[ESPResSo-users] Upcoming bugfix release

Dear ESPResSo users,

we are currently preparing a bug fix release (4.0.1), which will address a 
number of issues discovered in ESPResSo 4.0.
Therefore, if you have discovered an issue in the 4.0 release which you have 
not reported yet, please report it at
github.com/espressomd/espresso/issues

There will likely be only this one bug fix release for the 4.0 branch.
The development code has already diverged quite a bit from the 4.0 branch, 
which makes it more and more difficult to back-port fixes.
Future releases of ESPResSo (4.1, etc.) will then be based on the development 
branch at that time.
