Hello,
you can write the configurations/structure to files with either writevtf/writevcf or the writepdb commands. Bothe filetypes are understood by vmd
and can be viewed on a different machien. Please look at the relevant parts of the User's guide about their syntax.
If you wan't to have true online visualization then it's much easier if VMD runs on the same simulation otherwise. While it is not technically impossible to have them on different machines this is not straight forward and not recommended for new users nor supported by us.
