Looks like you don’t have cython. Just disable the Python interface by ./configure --without-python-interface.

                        Now that I have installed successfully tcl and fftw, when I tried to install Espresso after giving the command "make" I got this following error,

I have exported the following paths also

export LDFLAGS=-L/home/nairhita/Espresso/tcl-new/lib
export CPPFLAGS=-I/home/nairhita/Espresso/tcl-new/include/

Please help me find the solution for this. And I also have this query whether "tk" is necessary to run Espresso?
