| Hi, I just tried to compile and run Espresso using Open MPI 1.2.3 (to get around LAM/MPI and the annoying fact, that you have to run lamboot all the time). Alas, the testsuite fails with a number of tests if running on more than 1 node: harm.tcl fene.tcl intpbc.tcl intppbc.tcl layered.tcl ... The error message is pretty generic: Testcase harm.tcl failed for 2 nodes with error Error occured: error waiting for process to exit: child process lost (is SIGCHLD ignored or trapped?). The last lines of comm_debug for any of the failed tests look similar to: 1: processing SET_BOND 0... 1: finished SET_BOND 0 598 1: processing GET_ERRS -1... 1: finished GET_ERRS -1 0 1: processing SET_BOND 0... 1: finished SET_BOND 0 599 1: processing GET_ERRS -1... 1: finished GET_ERRS -1 0 1: processing SET_BOND 0... 1: finished SET_BOND 0 599 1: processing GET_ERRS -1... 1: finished GET_ERRS -1 0 1: processing GET_ERRS -1... 1: finished GET_ERRS -1 0 0: issuing TERM(0), assigned to node -1 1: processing TERM -1... 1: exiting Any ideas?
