[ePiX-users] New release (Version 1.2.17)

This release folds in the complex numbers package (thanks to Julian Gilbey for the suggestion), includes a "Sline" class for simple spherical geometry, and fixes a small mal-feature in the clipping of closed paths.

The manual has been updated to document the new classes, and to remove two sections' worth of obsolete material.
