I corrected the subject line to more informative.  I would like muse/emacs to 
launch MSWord when I <enter> on a Word file link.

Hello,

I run emacs (21.3) and windows.  Is it possible for me to create a link in my 
project file to a Microsoft Word document (file extension .doc) so that when I 
click on it, it launches Word to open the target file?
