before.

Summary:
Make planner-visit-link more robust.

* planner.el (planner-visit-link): Make this more robust by merging in
some changes from Muse. Thanks to Seth Falcon for the sample fix.
Among other things, this correctly adds the file extension when
visiting a new Muse file.
