Make sure that you have a "WikiPlanner" entry in muse-project-alist
and that it has at least one source directory.  Or modify
planner-project to match the name of the project that you're using to
store plan pages.  If you don't know what this means, send us the
value of muse-project-alist and we'll help you out.

muse-project-find-file *does* normally find a file, even if it doesn't
exist (by taking the first directory entry).  The error checking kicks
in when someone has a messed-up muse-project-alist.
