[emacs-wiki-discuss] Publishing my plan pages

I hope this isn't too stupid of a question.  I looked in the docs but
couldn't find exactly what I needed.

Certain tags in my plan files break when published.  Here's an
example:

[[pos:///home/jim/depot/file.html#275][/home/jim/depot/file.html]] 

When I publish my plan, I would like for that link to become a link to
my Perforce repository's web interface in the resulting html page,
like so:

<a href="http://depot/file.html";>/home/jim/depot/file.html</a>

Is there some way I can apply a regexp to replace those "pos" tags
with HTML anchors in the output?

Can someone point me in the right direction, please?  I hope I'm
explaining what I'm looking for clearly.  :-)
