planner-gnats is great. Thank you Jeremy.

Regarding the initialization of the gnats parameters (database,
username, password, ...) I am not sure that it should be done on the
planner-gnats side. planner-gnats is done for users running a valid
gnats installation. The current version is simple and IMHO it is a
good choice. If you put the database in the URL you have to put also
yhe server name, and there will be no reason to not add the port
nulber, and so on. 

The commentary section mentions a (planner-gnats-insinuate) function
that doesn't exist ...
