If you set emacs-wiki-recurse-directories to t, you can just set
emacs-wiki-directories to the main directory. It will automatically
scan and include subdirectories.
For example, if you have TestPage and subdir/AnotherTestPage, you can
refer to the pages as TestPage and AnotherTestPage from anywhere. You
don't need to patch it to manage the changing directories.
