I don't know how relevant this is, but note that only up to <h6> will
validate properly in (X)HTML. Since the first level of headings is
published as <h2> by emacs-wiki and Muse, that means you can only have
5 heading levels if you value having a valid document.
Also, if this will someday be used to generate code other than
(X)XHTML in Muse, note that only 3 levels of headings are currently
supported (to subsubsection). It might be feasible to extend Muse to
support up to 5 levels, but that would involve expertise in LaTeX,
TexInfo, and DocBook, which I don't have much of.
