[emacs-wiki-discuss] planner and xtla

Hello,
I added some code to publish xtla:// links as links to a public mirror
For example [[xtla://address@hidden/planner--yh--1.0--patch-12]]
will be published as
http://www.lifl.fr/~hodique/archives/2005/planner/planner--yh/planner--yh--1.0/patch-12

The code is muse-specific, but it should be easy to adapt it to emacs-wiki.
