[emacs-wiki-discuss] with-planner-update-setup: change return value

I have modified the macro with-planner-update-setup to return the
value returned by the body. This is generally more interesting than
returning the value of planner-save-buffers.  I have looked through
all uses of with-planner-update-setup, and none of them seem to use
the return value, so as far as I know it won't break anything [and it
means I can make a part of planner-appt much neater [for that is my
ulterior motive]].
