[emacs-wiki-discuss] planner-multi-read-name prompting fix

The code right at the end of planner-multi.el sets
minibuffer-prompt-properties globally, over-riding any user
customizations.  It also produces errors, albeit only error messages,
in non-CVS emacs since the face minibuffer-prompt is not defined by
default.

This patch moves the rebinding of minibuffer-prompt-properties locally
to the function planner-multi-read-name, and only removes the
read-only property [which is what I assume was intended to be removed
by the original code].
