.header and .footer can go anywhere as long as planner-header-file and
planner-footer-file (from my config) are set to the right values. I
put today.php in my wiki directory. calendar and planner-include go
into an include/ subdirectory, but you can easily modify today.php to
allow them to be in the same directory. =)
