How does one change the depth of the TOC when published?
The default seems to be 2, but I'd like it to be 4.
I found the var 'muse-publish-generate-contents', which is documented thusly:
muse-publish-generate-contents's value is nil
Non-nil if a table of contents should be generated.
If non-nil, it is a cons cell specifying (MARKER . DEPTH), to
tell where the <contents> was seen, and to what depth the
contents were requested.
But I'm not sure how to use it. I assume that I want DEPTH to be '4'
in the cons cell, but I have no idea what MARKER is supposed to be.
