You will need a CSS stylesheet.  There is an example one that comes
with emacs-wiki in `examples/default.css'.

To use it in your published documents, do M-x customize-variable
emacs-wiki-style-sheet RET and make it something like the following.

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/default.css" />
