Doing it the HTML way (with anchors) might be a better way.  It's
bad enough that notes on a plan page might get discombobulated if
you edit them manually.  I'd hate to think what might happen to a
line number reference.

Sometime when I look through a very long text file, I take several
notes from it with remember. These notes are only for a part of the
file, but the link remember added only take me back to the file. So I
need to find out some "key words" so I can locate the part where I
took the note, which is not a easy job :(

So what do people think about adding line number support for
planner-annotation-from-file? As we have current-line and goto-line,
it should not be very hard to find and locate the position. One
problem I can think off is how to record line number in the URL. We
need to find some character not allowed in file names in all OS, or
create some new URL syntax for this...

Or even we use cursor-position?
