Links to files don't get renamed at this point. Perhaps we should,
although that means going through all the files and being careful
about non-marked-up-regions and <nop>s. That probably means we need to
highlight and then use emacs-wiki-next-reference. Hmm. Is this pretty
important, or can we get away with documenting the actual behavior?
