Does the command
emacs-wiki-refresh-file-alist
help, and the variable
emacs-wiki-refresh-file-alist-p
change behavior appropriately? I think Sacha made a patch (#138?) that
automatically updates the list after saving; perhaps it didn't make it
into the stable disribution?
