The blosxom-set-time function is supposed to call touch to set the story
timestamp.  Does the following work?

   M-: (blosxom-set-time "/path/to/blosxom/wiki/page")


Or maybe the alist is getting messed up.  Is there an entry in
the list for the published location of the wiki page:

   M-: (assoc (emacs-wiki-published-file "/path/to/blosxom/wiki/page")
              blosxom-page-date-alist)

Nothing obvious.  There is an option in blosxom.cgi to ignore files with
a future filestamp.  I have found that removing all the (hidden!) cache
files in the blosxom state directory sometimes unclogs changing dates of
an existing story... this never happens when I add a new story (which is
my main use of blosxom), only when I want to shuffle the dates.
