For some reason, patch-1 was missing. Should be fine now. I've also
written documentation for planner.texi. If this meets with someone's
approval, please e-mail me and I'll include it into stable.

The Debian package tracks stable and acquires features only when
people ask for them and/or report development stuff as working.
